    Call Center Supervisor

    To motivate and coach cyber sales agents to achieve performance goals; to monitor agent calls to ensure compliance to policy and procedures and to increase performance of agents; and to successfully complete assigned duties and responsibilities for the assigned team. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2 to 5 years customer service or sales experience.
    Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the cruise industry preferably in a call center environment is required.

    Leisure Travel Agent

    To book domestic and international travel arrangements ranging from airline tickets, rail, land, tour packages, group tours, cruises, hotels, and car rentals to full vacation packages and other leisure products as requested by clients. To take client calls from the Cruise ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) system. Attends company sponsored cruise nights, trade shows, and agency events as necessary.
    The majority of the work will involve land packages, cruises with the possibility of pre and post extensions, packaged tours, and independent travel arrangements (FITs).

    Affiliate Administrator - To assist in administering all facets of the affiliate program. Provides information and answers questions while providing high level service to Cruise.com Affiliates (Independent Contractors).
    Responsible for entering and maintaining program data on affiliates and to assist with affiliate training as required. Click Here
